Please read these Terms of Use carefully. This is a legal agreement between you (“you” or “customer”) and the owner of Brown Leopard (“we,” “our,” or “us”) and governs your use of all graphic designs purchased from our shop. By purchasing and downloading any product from Brown Leopard, you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms.

Privacy

Brown Leopard respects your privacy. When you purchase from our shop, we collect personal information such as your name, billing address, email address, and payment information (e.g., PayPal) solely for the purpose of processing and delivering your order.

Your personal information is kept confidential and secure. We do not sell, share, rent, disclose, or otherwise distribute your personal data to third parties without your consent, except as required to complete your transaction or as required by law.

Copyright & License

All templates and graphic designs sold by Brown Leopard are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of Brown Leopard.

By purchasing a product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the template for personal and professional purposes under the following conditions:

✔ You may modify the templates and use them to create finished products for yourself or your clients (e.g. prints, cards, books, albums, calendars, or other physical or flattened digital products).
✔ Professional photographers may use our products as add-on products for their clients.

❌ You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, rent, give away, or otherwise transfer the templates, whether in original or modified form.
❌ You may not provide the templates as layered or editable digital files. Final products must be delivered only as flattened JPG/JPEG/PNG files or as printed products.
❌ You may not claim the designs as your own or imply ownership.

Ownership of the templates is not transferred with purchase. We reserve the right to take legal action in the event of a violation of this license.

Digital Products & Returns

All products sold in the Brown Leopard shop are digital downloads and are therefore non-refundable and non-returnable.

Our templates are tested in the English version of Adobe Photoshop only. They may not function properly in other language versions or in other software. Please do not purchase if you are not willing to accept this risk.

By downloading any file from Brown Leopard, you confirm that you accept these terms and conditions.

Software Compatibility

Our templates are designed for users with at least intermediate knowledge of layers and clipping masks.
They are created using Adobe Photoshop CS6 and are compatible with Photoshop CS6 or higher.

We do not guarantee compatibility with Adobe Photoshop Elements (PSE) or other software. We kindly ask you to purchase with this in mind.

Printing Disclaimer

While we take great care in creating our templates, Brown Leopard cannot be responsible for printing errors. We kindly ask you to review the following before printing:

  • colors,

  • bleeds,

  • trim and safe zones,

  • fonts and text

before sending any file to print.

Font Links

Any font links provided lead to third-party websites that are not owned or controlled by Brown Leopard. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or licensing of any third-party websites or fonts.

These links are provided for convenience only and do not imply endorsement. Any use of third-party websites or fonts is at your own risk. Brown Leopard is not a party to any transaction between you and a third-party website.

Backup – Important

Please always back up your files.
If you ever lose access to your files due to expired links, corrupted data, or accidental deletion, we can provide a replacement for a $10 reactivation fee.
