By purchasing and downloading any product from Brown Leopard, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms.
Privacy
Your privacy is very important to us. When you purchase from our shop, we collect only the information necessary to process and deliver your order, such as your name, billing address, email address, and payment details (e.g. PayPal).
Your personal information is kept safe and confidential. We never sell, rent, or share your data with third parties, except when it is required to complete your order or when we are legally obliged to do so.

Copyright & License
All templates and graphic designs sold by Brown Leopard are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of Brown Leopard.
By purchasing a product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license that allows you to use the template for both personal and professional projects, under the following conditions:
✔ You may modify the templates and use them to create finished products for yourself or your clients (for example: prints, cards, books, albums, calendars, or other physical or flattened digital products).
✔ Professional photographers are welcome to use our products as add-on items for their clients.
❌ You may not resell, share, distribute, or give away the templates, whether in their original or modified form.
❌ You may not provide the templates as layered or editable digital files. Final products must be delivered only as flattened JPG/JPEG/PNG files or as printed items.
❌ You may not present the designs as your own or claim ownership of them.
The purchase of a template does not transfer ownership. In the event of misuse, we reserve the right to take appropriate legal action.
Digital Products & Returns
All products in the Brown Leopard shop are digital downloads. For this reason, they are non-refundable and cannot be returned once downloaded.
Our templates are tested in the English version of Adobe Photoshop only. We cannot guarantee correct functionality in other language versions or software. Please purchase only if you are comfortable with this.
By downloading any file from Brown Leopard, you confirm that you understand and accept these terms.
Software Compatibility
Our templates are designed for users with at least basic to intermediate knowledge of layers and clipping masks.
They are created in Adobe Photoshop CS6 and are compatible with Photoshop CS6 or higher.
We do not guarantee compatibility with Adobe Photoshop Elements (PSE) or other software. Please keep this in mind before purchasing.
Printing Disclaimer
We take great care when creating our templates, but Brown Leopard cannot be responsible for printing results. Before sending your files to print, we kindly ask you to carefully check:
- colors,
- bleeds,
- trim and safe zones,
- fonts and text.
This will help ensure the best possible outcome.
Font Links
Any font links included in our files lead to third-party websites that are not owned or controlled by Brown Leopard. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or licensing terms.
These links are provided for your convenience only and do not imply any endorsement. Any use of third-party fonts or websites is at your own discretion and responsibility.
Please refer to the file “FONT LIST” for more information about font downloads.
Backup – Important
We kindly recommend that you always keep a backup of your purchased files.
If you ever lose access due to expired links, accidental deletion, or file corruption, we are happy to provide a replacement for a small reactivation fee of $10.
