USING THE TEMPLATES
How can I buy & pay your templates?
You can purchase our templates as a guest or registered member. We accept Paypal, credit and debit cards. All of our products are instantly downloadable and you will receive the download link once the payment is verified.
Is my billing info safe?
We accept payments through Paypal (you do not need paypal account, as you can also use a credit or debit card). Paypal has some of the best security features and protection for online payments.
How friendly are your templates?
Our templates are designed for users who possess basic-intermediate knowledge of Photoshop and Photoshop Elements. Feel free to view our tutorial section here for more information.
Will you learn me how to use digital items?
I am more than happy to provide informational tutorials instructing you how to use digital items. You will be charged up on my hourly rate (currently $50) for these personalized lessons (video call or chat).
What can I change/edit in the templates?
Each template contains full layering, allowing you to easily add your own design elements such as photos, place text and alter the colors of the design. Of course, you can also manipulate the size of the design to fit your needs as well.
Are your templates compatible with Photoshop Elements?
Yes, most of the templates are compatible with Photoshop Elements 9 and newer versions of that program. To ensure the compatibility of your chosen template, please view the “Compatibility & Usage” tab.
Will you include the font files with my purchase?
Due to copyright issues we can not distribute the font files.However, with the downloadable email, we will include a list of links that will you grant you access to the fonts used in the templates. You’ll need to install the fonts desired with the template to your computer, then reload your Adobe Photoshop. Fonts will automatically be available for use in your Photoshop software following this.

What may I do with the templates?
Since each template is fully layered, you can easily modify it in any manner, including adding & editing your own photos, text and colors of the design. This allows you to customize the product for yourself or your clients in order to create high-quality and original prints, books, albums or other printed goods.
Where can I get my files printed?
The majority of our templates are created utilizing Miller’s Lab specifications, however you can alter the specs to print the templates in other labs or using your own home printer.
DOWNLOAD & DELIVERY PROCESS
How are your downloadable products delivered?
You will receive a download link via email immediately upon your purchase. Please make sure to check your spam or junk folder, if the email doesn’t arrive within five minutes of your order. If for some reason, you don’t receive your download email, please contact us at info@brown-leopard.com and we will quickly look into the issue.How long is the download link available?
The purchased downloadable link will expire two months following the sale.
What can I do if I’m having problems with the link?
Should you encounter any issues with your purchase, please contact us at info@brown-leopard.com and we will quickly assist you.
I lost my files, can you resend them?
All purchased items are available for registered members in their accounts. BUT PLEASE always back up your files! (There is a $10 restoration fee for expired links and lost or corrupted files that you might need to replace.)
Do you offer returns and refunds?
Due to the nature of digital products, we are unable to offer refunds or credit. Please review the product description carefully before purchase. In case of any questions, please feel free to contact me at info@brown-leopard.com.

Can I buy the templates to offer it in my online store?
Creative licensing does not allow you to purchase the templates for sale within your digital store. Upon the purchase of your design, the ownership of the template does not get transferred and you cannot claim it as your own creation. Your standard license is non-transferable, which means that reselling, redistribution, renting, freely providing, sub-licensing, or other transferring of the templates in whole or in part is not allowed.
Individuals who violate this trust and licensing agreement will be pursued for copyright violation.
I am photographer can I buy your templates to offer it to my clients?”
All of our templates are for the personal and professional use of the purchaser. Professional photographers who purchase our designs are intended to use them only as add-on goods for their studio clients. These products should only be supplied as flattened j-peg or png printable files and should not be delivered as a layered file. Please do not violate the terms of the purchase agreement, as those who do will be pursued for licensing violations.
I am designer can I buy your templates and use part of them to my products?
You can not purchase the templates sold by Brown Leopard and then sell them as your own product. Your standard license is non-transferable, which means that re-selling, re-distribution, renting, freely providing, sub-licensing, or other transferring of the templates in whole or in part is not allowed. Individuals who violate this trust and licensing agreement will be pursued for copyright violation.
